Jennifer Yuen, MYCC – I began piano studies at age seven, and completed the Royal Conservatory exams through to the ARCT level in piano performance. I took part in many masterclasses and music festivals through the years, and was privileged to study with Winifred Wood at the Victoria Conservatory of Music. I taught private beginner lessons for twelve years and then found Music for Young Children when I was searching for a music program for my daughter. I loved MYC so much that I decided to teach it! I am thrilled to be teaching positive and fun group classes for children ages newborn through pre-teen. It has also been a joy to watch both of my children learn and grow through their own MYC classes. My goal is to help students enjoy their learning and to inspire them to always keep music as a part of their lives.
